A: It is a  total disbursement of $25 Incl GST on a sale and $25 Incl GST on a purchase thoughout the country.  This is billed when a matter is started and can be credited if the matter does not proceed to settlement.

A: ECS have given the end user, your client the ability to view on-line 24/7 the status of their Conveyance (or parts thereof that you want them to view) as well as receiving sms text at key stages. So ECS charge a disbursable fee for the completed matter of less than $20.00 for this service.

A: Yes, ECS Conveyancer comes with all the forms and precedents you will need, for every State and Territory. It also lets you create your own using MS Word, so if you can use MS Word you can make templates and paste merge fields easier than ever before.

A: Yes and also allows you to jump straight to the job when you click on the reminder that you set.

A: Yes and we have made it easy with our unique drag and drop tool bar. Inside ECS Conveyancer you set up your preferred supplier (2minutes) the when you click on the searches tab, up pops your preferred search agent. To fill in all the details, just drag and drop. There's no typing required.

A: ECS Conveyancer was built to be networked. Put ECS Conveyancer on every computer in your office and save yourself all the trouble of going back to your machine to find things out.

A: ECS Conveyancer is 100% located at your offices, the program, the database and all documents and templates.

A: No there is absolutely no obligation to use the software. However we do ask that you put at least five matters through before making up your mind

A: Certainly for your first month put on as many as you want, don't put in your client or agent mobile numbers or send them the ECS Electronic Conveyancing pamphlet (which you will receive when registering your software) with their user name and password. They won't know you have joined the electronic age and we won't bill you for that month.
